Jeff has worked in technical communications since the mid 1980’s. With a Bachelor’s in Journalism and a Master’s in History of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he stared out as a science writer working for the university. Since then, Jeff has focused on course development and technical writing in the software, telecommunications, and emergency response fields. However, his core skills — such as rapid knowledge uptake, organization, attention to detail and tailored communication — allow him to serve a variety of industries.
Since 1994, Jeff has produced a wide range of training materials, on-line help systems, and manuals for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.
Ken holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University. He has over 12 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Electronic Performance Support Systems and performance-centered training solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
For over a decade, Ken has specialized in front-end task, audience, and curriculum analysis. He uses the results of these analyses to recommend an optimal approach to designing and delivering instruction that has tangible, measurable results for our clients.
